Rules
- Every bride to be who completes a Bridal Fair registration form to attend any of our Bridal Fair® events is automatically entered in the Bridal Fair® Honeymoon of Your Dreams contest and promotion. No purchase of any kind is required to enter. Any bride desiring to enter without attending a Bridal Fair® event may do so by sending a postcard (meeting US Postal requirements) with the name and address of the qualified entrant and the anticipated date of marriage to: Bridal Fair® Honeymoon of Your Dreams., 17330 West Center Rd., Ste. 110-311, Omaha, NE 68130. All entries must be received by August 30, 2008.
- Odds of winning the Honeymoon of Your Dreams depend on the number of entries received. However, the sponsor believes they will be 1 in 50,000 or better. The final winner drawing will take place at Bridal Fair, Inc. on September 2, 2008. All entries remain the property of Bridal Fair, Inc.
- All reservations for the travel provided under this prize drawing are subject to availability and sponsor (Bridal Fair, Inc.) and its travel providers cannot be responsible for matching availability with the winner's actual honeymoon planned dates or with wedding dates. Every effort will be made to accommodate such plans but no guarantee is offered or implied. The air transportation provided to the winner under this promotion will be from the nearest city with service availability by United Airlines. Any necessary transportation to a United Airlines departure city will be the responsibility of winner. Winner will have up to one year from the contest end to redeem the prize after which it will become null and void and no express or implied substitution in kind or in cash will be offered.
- Winner will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other trip expenses not specified as part of this prize. The approximate value of the accommodation and air travel being provided is $6,500.00. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing and only one prize will be awarded. A finalist will be selected from each city in which Bridal Fair® events are presented through August 2008. Brides to be who register by the contest deadline in advance for Bridal Fair® events to be held in the first calendar quarter of 2009 will be eligible to win. Specific details for the methodology employed in the drawing may be obtained by written request of the sponsor.
- The drawing is not open to employees, licensees, suppliers (or to the immediate families of said entities) of Bridal Fair, Inc. and Hilton Hotels Corporation. Winner may be subject to providing an affidavit of eligibility. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and photographs (the spouse or about to be spouse of a winner shall be considered a winner, as well) without further compensation. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to be eligible.
- For the name of the Honeymoon of Your Dreams winner, send your stated request and a separate stamped, self-addressed (9-1/2 x 4) envelope to: Bridal Fair, Inc. 17330 West Center Rd., Ste. 110-311, Omaha, NE 68130.
- No prize substitution or cash equivalent is offered. Prize is not transferable.
- The sponsor of this promotion is Bridal Fair, Inc. which is solely responsible for all aspects of the promotion. By participating in this promotion, all participants and prize winners agree that Hilton Hotels Corporation, their partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of such entities' respective officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damage that may occur from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of the jurisdiction of the headquarters of Bridal Fair, Inc. and that it shall be resolved by and within the courts of that jurisdiction.
